Garfield Park Conservatory Dyes Pond Green in Honor of St. Patrick's Day

The Chicago Park District is excited to welcome Chicagoans of all ages to watch the process of dyeing the pond green.

Similar to the event on the Chicago River, the pond in the Fern Room is being dyed green for St. Patrick’s Day. Visitors are invited to help stir the green dye with remote controlled boats and relive the experience of dyeing the Chicago River at the Garfield Park Conservatory, 300 N. Central Park Avenue, on Friday, March 13 at 10:00 a.m.
