The Chicago Park District, in collaboration with external health partners, hosted it's first of four heart health screenings at Austin Town Hall with more than 100 people in attendence.
A Heart Health Screening includes:
- Blood pressure reading
- Lifestyle risk assessment
- Opportunities to learn more about heart-healthy fitness opportunities at the Chicago Park District.
The line dancers at Austin Town Hall showed everyone how they keep fit...by dancing their way to a healthy heart.
